The house Roger Desivry owns all of its vineyards near Epernay and the Côte des Blancs. Keen to respect nature, the source of its main purpose, it puts all its passion into the production of vintages that reflect two important aspects of its signature: power & elegance.



THE HARVEST
The harvest is a key moment between the achievement of a year’s work in cultivating the land and the beginning of the transformation of the grape, a fruit that will become our champagne, the secret recipe that we possess.
The choice of the first day of the harvest must take into account the balance between the acidity and the maturity of the fruit. It is this harmony that determines the potential of a future cuvée.
The fact that our grapes are meticulously selected and hand-picked contributes to our guarantee of quality.
THE TIME

We attribute great importance to the ageing of our cuvées. The passage of time allows our champagnes to blossom gradually, revealing the subtle notes that make up our signature.
